BANGKOK - Apink’s Asia Tour [Pink UP] successfully ended in Thailand last Saturday and it was definitely a night to remember!
The six-member girl group led by Park Cho-rong, Yoon Bo-mi, Jung Eun-ji, Son Na-eun, Kim Nam-joo and Oh Ha-young flew to Thailand on November 04 for their most awaited concert in Bangkok.
The group finally returned to Thailand two years after their last solo concert in the country back in 2015. Apink also met their fans in Hong Kong and Taipei before finally landing in Bangkok for this tour’s final show.
The Apink Asia Tour [Pink UP] follows last year’s successful Pink Aurora Asia Tour. The girl group returned on June 26 this year with a beautiful mini-album titled, “Pink UP” along with their latest single, “Five" which ranked #1 on Gaon Chart in its first week of release.
Their fans, fondly called as the “Pink Pandas” gathered on a Saturday at the Muang Thai GMM Live House, 8th Floor of CentralWorld to meet the beloved K-pop idols on their last stop for the Apink Asia Tour [Pink UP] brought to us by MyMusicTaste.
Apink opened their show with the singles from their latest mini-album “Pink Up”. The fan-meeting was full of lovely greetings and bright stages from the talented ladies of Apink!
It has been more than two years since the group last came to Thailand for a fan-meeting so the members have expressed their happiness in finally meeting their Pink Pandas in the country once again. The crowd was overwhelmed by the group’s warmth towards them.
Apink also shared to the audience about their favourite fruits and Thai food as they sweetly showed off some Thai phrases!
The artists then showed their sultry side as they gently danced to “KOK KOK” and “Boom Pow Love”.
The girls once again showed the love that they have for their fans by singing their emotional single, “Fairy”. The Pandas also sweetly sang along and added Thai lyrics, telling their girls that they will always wait for them.
Apink lift up the mood by running a lovely medley of their hit songs. The crowd became more joyful as the girls went on to play with them, especially when they surprisingly did a Thai dance across the stage with effortless grace!
The show continued with everyone singing along to Apink’s hits such as “Remember”, “Cause you're my star”, “Only one”, and a captivating ballad version of “NoNoNo” as the stage lights slowly dimmed.
Apink continued to surprise their fans as they performed their original version of “NoNoNo” for the encore!
The members sweetly ended the fan-meeting with a song and series of lovely messages to their fans; “Time quickly passes by whenever we are with you… But we’re very glad and strengthened by the love that you give us… Thank you for always supporting us. We will come back to meet you again.”
Apink’s Asia Tour [Pink UP] in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Bangkok were very successful and it is enough to have bigger expectations for Apink on 2018!
We expect that Apink will have more chances to meet more Pink Pandas from around the world next year through another tour. The fans certainly wish to hear more of the ever blooming Apink!
